We will cover the remainder of the costs associated with the repair.

Repair Partner options available are

Mail In: Free express freight both ways

In Store: We will organise the repair with a local provider, you can have the device repaired at your convenience

Come To You: We will organize a repair vehicle to come to your location (limited to capital city metro areas)

• Question. What happens if something goes wrong after the repair?
  • Answer. All our service partners offer a 12 month warranty on the repair itself, of course your ReebeloCare benefits will still be active until you reach the expiry date or use all your existing benefits.

• Question. Do I need to pay the repair partner and get reimbursed later?
  • Answer. No we organise to pay the repair partner directly
