Replacement Device
If you opt for a replacement device we will provide 2 options.

Option 1: Advance replacement: We will send you a replacement device prior to you sending back your old device, once you receive the replacement you can transfer data and use the supplied return label and packaging to send your old device back.
*We will request a Pre authorisation on your credit card for this option, which will be released once your old device is received back

Option 2: Replacement after return: We will email you a return label for your old device, once we have received the device back in our facility, we will dispatch the replacement device
*No Credit card Pre Authorisation is needed for this option

• Question. What happens if something goes wrong with the replacement device?
  • Answer. All our replacement devices come with a 12 month warranty or the remainder of your Reebelo Care plan (whichever is longer)
